The Goaso Diocesan Catholic Cooperative Society Limited (GODCCOS) on 17th September 2025, proudly marked a historic milestone with the sod cutting of its upcoming ultramodern office building in Goaso of the Ahafo Region.This groundbreaking project signals the company’s vision for a future of innovation, collaboration, and world-class service delivery.
The ceremony was honored and led by the Bishop of the Catholic Diocese of Goaso, Most Rev. Peter K. Atuahene, project consultants Optimum Shelter led by Sir Kt. Amoa Mensah, and the leadership of GODCCOS Ltd.
The Union Chairman, Monsignor Anthony Boahene Kyereme, the General Manager, Mr. Joseph K. Y. Adumuah, and staff of the Goaso Society graced the occasion.
Also present was Very Rev. Fr. Nicholas Afriyie, Director of the Diocesan Development Office, whose presence highlighted the Church’s ongoing support for development initiatives.
Designed as a three-storey facility, the new office complex will feature a modern banking hall, a multipurpose conference room, executive offices, and secure archives.
The project aims to create a cutting-edge workspace that inspires excellence while meeting the evolving needs of the company and its clients.
